All orders will ship within 1-3 working days from the date of payment. All packages will be sent via Pos Laju / Ninja Van / Pos Malaysia EMS Express. When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. This doesn't happen often, but it can happen.

All orders in Malaysia are sent via Pos Laju or Ninja Van, unless noted otherwise. For Zone 2 ( Brunei, Singapore, Indonesia ) shipping, you can use EMS Pos Malaysia for shipping. Please select your preferable shipping option prior to making the purchase.

If the shipping address is different from the address provided through Shopify or PayPal, please contact the seller prior to payment. If the Shopify and PayPal addresses are different, and no special instruction has been provided, we will send the order to the address provided through Shopify.
